Shipping policy

Deliveries are made worldwide by DHL (in the absence of restrictions from states, customs union, etc.).
- Delivery time for other countries ranges from 4 to 10 days and is based on the local postal service.
- In all European countries, from July 21, 2021, an import tax of 30-40% of the value of the goods has been introduced. You pay this tax yourself using the online link that DHL will send you.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We cover the shipping cost from Bali to your destination. Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities must be paid by the recipient.

Import taxes now apply in many countries, including the United States. We cover the full cost of shipping, but any import duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon import.
