- Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days.

 The returned purchase must be in good condition without any traces of use and any damage. Refunds of the money paid for this product are made by bank transfer to the buyer's card within 3 business days and after examining the item at the store to ensure that it is free from any defects.

- Any order can be canceled before shipment for any reason without clarification. Refunds will be made to the bank card used to purchase goods on this site within 1 to 3 business days depending on the bank which issued your card (issuing bank).

-Customers may also request cancellation after shipment. However, once the package has been dispatched, all shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any carrier-related fees incurred by KOROBEYNIKOV will be deducted from the refund amount.

-If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to the sender, all shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, storage fees, and any other related expenses will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded once the returned package has been received and inspected.

- There is no warranty period for the purchased item. All inquiries on this item are considered on an individual basis.

- Import taxes now apply in many countries, including the United States. We cover the full cost of shipping, but any import duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon import.
